What I want you to know

In case no one has told you, I would like for you to know that everything we can see, touch, or feel on this Earth and things in the Universe and things we will continue to discover as scientists learn more about our Solar System every day is all created by a Creator who loves you very much. I would like for you to know reader, that God loves you so much 💕. He created Heaven and Earth 🌎 and the Universe 🌠, and all plants 🌱🌵, animals 🐾 , mountains, rivers, lakes, oceans and everything that is a part of nature. He even created us, forming us and knitting all of us each in our mother's womb.

Psalm 139:13 says "For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb" (ESV) and part of Jeremiah 1:5a says "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, and before you were born, I consecretaed you; (ESV).👶

The Problem

The problem is that our sin seperates us from God. There is nothing that we can do on our part that will save us. Not our works, not by being a good person (that is what I used to think) and more. The way for people in Israel (they were also known as the Israelites) to be forgiven of their sins back in the day according to the Old Testament was through animal sacrifices (particulary sheep but several other animals too) in order that their sins would be forgiven.

For Romans 3:23 says "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" (ESV) and Romans 6:23 says that "For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (ESV). Notice that in the 2nd or the latter half of the verse says that the free gift of God is "Eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." This leads me to my next point that I would like to share with you.

The Good News 😃

The Good news is that although we are sinners and there is nothing that we can do on our part, God still loves us so much that he sent his beloved son, the Lord Jesus Christ to be the Ultimate sacrifice for Everyone. He laid down his life for us he became the substitue for animal sacrifices I had mentioned earlier. He was humilated, crucified on the cross and was buried. But on the 3rd day, he rose from the grave, God had raised him up from his grave, being able to conquer and have victory over sin and death which has no dominion over him.

"We know that Christ, being raised from the dead, will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him." Romans 6:9 ESV.

And by repenting (means to change one's mind, change your mind, or turn away from something) and believing in Jesus or otherwise our faith in Jesus, saves us.

"For God so loved the world that he sent his one and only son, so that whoever believes in him, will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him." John 3:16-17 ESV.

"And they said, 'Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and all who live in your house.'" Acts 16:31 ERV.

Romans 10:9-19 says that "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. for with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved"(ESV).

Prayer

A book I have just read is called "The Bible made easy for kids" by Dave Strehler and I personally found this book to be so informative and I highly recommend it if you have kids and even though it is a children's book, I personally feel like anyone of any age could pray this prayer that is included in the book. Be sure to pray this prayer with a geniune heart. Here is the prayer from the book, page 230:

"Dear Lord Jesus, I believe that you came to earth to die for my sin. Only you can take away my sin because you are the son of God. Please forgive me and make my heart new. Change me on the inside and help me to follow you. From this day on I want you to be Lord of my life. I love you, Lord, Amen."

I hope you have learned somehting from this. It takes a lot bravery and courage to be a christian and is not easy to be a christian. The christian life is not meant to be alone, it is meant to be journeyed with other believers/christians as well. I recommend any church that teaches straight from the bible (the scriptures). I pray that after reading this, you may reflect from this and that the Lord has touched your heart and he blesses you 💕 for he is coming 🔜 to take his bride (that means us Belivers) with him but I want you to know that with God anything is possible and he is our refuge, our safety net. He is there for you for he sees everything that you are going through. Once again, may the Lord bless you and your family.💕😊

"The Lord bless you and keep you;" Numbers 6:24 ESV
