Don O. Tent ER
This was the favicon I made for the original site I was building for my Beginning Web Programming class. The original site was going to be a faux medical website, called Don O. Tent ER—a joke on the parent site Do Not Enter.
The design of the favicon is supposed to be a tent with a medical cross in the center, with the cross in the circle modifed from a "do not enter" sign.
I had to abandon the Don O. Tent ER website after running into various issues and realizing I was taking on a little too much for a first website. Still, I took that overall failure as a teaching moment, and recycled much of what I learned building that site to build this current site. I've kept the favicon as a memento of my progress, and as motivation to keep moving forward.
