Chronicle Poster 4
Underdark
This poster is somewhat reminiscent of a lot of typical '80s metal albums, like Manowar's Hail to England or Kings of Metal, but it also reminds me of Jefferson Starship's Spitfire.
I added the Japanese text because I wanted to imply the Underdark is foreign and far away, and bands often release unique albums specifically for Japan with bonus tracks. I don't speak Japanese, so I used Google Translate for the Japanese text. The Japanese text reads, 「クロ二クル」「でライブ演奏８４アンダーダーク」. After adding the text I overlaid everything as a mask onto a creased and worn piece of paper.
The Underdark is an underground realm ruled by dark elves, so the poster implies Chronicle fought dark elves and other underworld monstrosities.
