The harmony of spices is a feature of Asian cuisine in general and Vietnam in particular. Vietnamese dishes will have a connection of ingredients, spices, and flavors. Pho is a prime example. The bones are simmered for 12 hours along with onions and ginger. The added seasonings include sugar, salt and fish sauce (a special seasoning of the Vietnamese). Finally, star anise, cinnamon, and cardamom will be grilled and simmered with broth for another 2 hours. However, all the flavors from beef, onions or spices will not be stratified but blend together. These things create a unique traditional culture, as well as the soul of Vietnamese food.
Diners will enjoy the simplicity of the Vietnamese countryside. We tried to strike a balance between Asian and American cuisine. Although there are small changes to suit the culture here, the chefs always put the customer's experience first. Welcome to Pho Station, we will bring you a very unique culinary experience.
